Erika Dandridge

Erika Dandridge is a theatre artist, educator, and performing arts advocate. She holds a B.A. in Theatre with a concentration of Musical Theatre and Communication Studies from West Chester University. As an actress, she performs in the greater Philadelphia area. Some of her recent productions include musical hits like Legally Blonde, Mamma Mia! and Godspell; however, she loves to challenge herself and perform in a wide variety of genres. Erika has over 6 years of directing experience for students grades 5-8 and has training in Commedia dell’Arte and puppetry from her time spent with Ombelico Mask Ensemble in Italy. She has previous experience in the broadcast realm and has an appreciation for television and commercial production and enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera. As the newest member of the AWB staff, she is grateful to be a part of such an incredible team and is passionate about transforming the theatrical space for more inclusion and celebrating ability through the arts. Outside of her love for theatre, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading thriller novels, and all things Disney.
