Main Line Singer Collaboration
AWB actors performed with the Main Line Singers at their winter concert on Saturday, February 8th at Saint Katharine of Siena in Wayne, PA. The Main Line Singers is a community chorus based in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Each year they partner with a local nonprofit and this year AWB was the beneficiary of the concert receiving office supplies and donated goods.
The concert was entitled Lights, Camera, Music! All of the songs were from movies including, Shrek, Rocky, Wizard of Oz and A Star Is Born. AWB participants performed two songs, This is Me from the movie The Greatest Showman and The Circle of Life from The Lion King while providing narration throughout the concert. At the conclusion of the event, AWB and the Main Line Singers joined together to sing the Eagles Fight Song getting everyone ready for the Super Bowl! It was a wonderful collaboration for both our actors and the members of the Main Line Singers. AWB is so honored to have shared the stage with the Main Line Singers.
